- Commercial litigation and appellate work in real estate and residential construction
Prior Experience:
Dick Martin grew up in Houston, Texas. His study of history at Houston Baptist University led to law school at the University of Houston and work for a title company to support his study of law. From that point forward, Mr. Martin was in the vanguard of real estate attorneys in Houston, Texas. He had a hands-on, practical practice for a diverse clientele ranging from Texas' regional and local builders to some of the nation's largest builders.
On November 8, 2010, Dick Martin lost a courageous battle with cancer. While colleagues and clients miss him greatly, his work ethic, dedication and professionalism continue on with his family and friends here at ZBS.
