Ms. Lee is a Louisiana native who is licensed to practice in both Texas and Louisiana.   She received her Bachelor's of Arts from Louisiana State University in 2000 and her Juris Doctor and Bachelor's of Civil Law in 2004 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University. 

Ms. Lee has experience in both land work in the field, as a landman, and in preparation of oil and gas title opinions as an attorney.  Specifically, Ms. Lee's oil and gas background began as a landman for Reagan Energy Services in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she ran title, assisted clients in determining surface and mineral ownership, and engaged in leasing activities with various landowners.   Her background as a landman also included handling offshore compliance matters for clients, obtaining curative for certain title problems, and preparing abstract materials for title examination.

With two years of experience as a landman, Ms. Lee then used her land skills to establish herself as a respected oil and gas attorney in Lafayette, Louisiana, where her work focused heavily on oil and gas title examination and preparation of title opinions for various oil and gas clients.  Her title opinions covered the surface and mineral ownership of various areas of Louisiana, with an emphasis on title in the parishes involved in the Haynesville Shale.  Ms. Lee obtained her Texas bar admission in August 2011, and joined Zukowski, Bresenhan & Sinex, LLP, in November 2011, where she advises her clients in all areas of oil and gas law.
